Omni Family of Services is hiring a full-time Family Support Specialist to work with children and families throughout Hamilton County.
This is a home and community-based position. You will work directly with children, caregivers, and families in their homes, schools, and communities to help them build skills, strengthen relationships, increase stability, and navigate behavioral health and family challenges.
If you enjoy building genuine relationships with families, working independently, thinking creatively, and seeing the impact of your work firsthand, this may be the position for you.

What you bring to this role:
- Bring your passion and expertise
- A desire to help others become the best they can be in serving our clients while managing a healthy work/life balance.
- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
- Ohio behavioral health license in good standing: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT. Masters's degree preferred.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of clinical diagnoses using the DSM 5 and interventions to address mental health conditions
- Valid Driver's License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
