Position Title: Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance

As the Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance you would be responsible for leading, managing, and directing all aspects of quality assurance (QA) for the organization’s programs and services. The DQA oversees staff in QA, training, credentialing, and records management to ensure high standards of service delivery. This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring the company-wide continuous quality improvement (CQI) system, including establishing metrics, monitoring Key Success Indicators (KSI), and reporting performance. Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) programs are developed and managed using a data- driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. At all times, the DQA should perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Omni Family of Services, while complying with all company policies and procedures, as well as OSHA, HIPAA, and federal, local and state regulations.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Bachelor's degree in Social Services or closely related field required. Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum 5-7 years' progressive experience in therapeutic foster care setting developing and implementing quality assurance methods and practices.

- Demonstrated decision making, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills required, or equivalent education and experience.

- Flexible hours with ability to travel up to 35%.
