Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide a wide range of general dentistry services with precision and care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care strategies.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Valid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license in good standing.
- Active malpractice insurance status.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional chairside manner.
- New grads and experienced dentists are both welcome to apply!
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly Competitive Pay: $800 daily minimum guarantee OR 30% compensation—whichever is greater.
