About the Role Join OMNI Consulting Solutions as a Business Management Analyst supporting a federal customer's acquisition and program management operations. In this on-site role based in Colorado Springs, you'll leverage deep expertise in DoD acquisition policy, budget processes, and program analytics to help drive effective resource planning and program oversight across the acquisition lifecycle. Responsibilities * Support federal acquisition programs throughout the acquisition life cycle
- Analyze program cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, and resource requirements
- Apply knowledge of federal acquisition policies, processes, regulations, and guidance including acquisition frameworks, federal acquisition regulations, and supplemental acquisition guidance
- Support program planning, budget formulation, budget execution, and resource-allocation activities Required Qualifications * 10 years of relevant experience in program management, budget planning, or acquisition support
- 4 years of experience supporting federal government agencies
- Active Secret clearance
- Demonstrated experience with program management and PMO support
- Experience with budget formulation, planning, and execution
- Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
- Experience with POM (Program Objective Memorandum) development
