What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Engineer position at OMNI Business Systems, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Copier/Printer/MFP Field Technician. This position will successfully manage and service an assigned customer territory. This position is expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining equipment to manufacturer specifications. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years Copier/MFP experience. OMNI is a full-line Ricoh and HP dealer. Manufacture training will be provided to those who are not certified on Ricoh and HP.
We have openings in our Chesapeake, VA and our HQ in Alexandria, VA.
