The Role
We’re seeking a personable, mission-driven Relationship Manager to help expand OMNI’s reach across higher education. The ideal candidate is a connector who thrives on building trust, understanding client needs, and turning conversations into meaningful partnerships.
You’ll work directly with the Executive Team to identify new university partners, manage relationships throughout the sales cycle, and ensure each partnership reflects OMNI’s values of confidence, impact, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage decision-makers (Career Services Directors, Deans, and Program Managers) at target universities.
- Build and nurture relationships through consultative outreach (email, LinkedIn, and video calls).
- Lead engaging discovery calls and program overviews tailored to each institution’s goals.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team on proposals, pricing, and partnership negotiations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and provide weekly progress reports.
- Represent OMNI Breakthrough professionally at virtual and in-person events (optional).
- Partner internally with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B relationship management or higher-education partnerships (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong follow-through.
- Comfort working in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
- Passion for education, coaching, and student success.
Compensation
- Competitive commission on closed university partnerships (avg. contract value: $25K–$50K).
- Opportunity for base salary or full-time position based on performance and long-term pipeline growth.
