Position Overview
As an Omni-Active® Personal Trainer, you'll work directly with clients throughout Katy and the surrounding areas, providing exceptional coaching, accountability, and results-driven programming.
This is an independent contractor position offering flexibility, autonomy, and significant growth opportunities as our Texas presence expands.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions in clients' homes, workplaces, or community fitness facilities
- Design customized exercise programs based on client goals and abilities
- Deliver monthly training programs through the Omni-Active® app
- Build strong client relationships that drive long-term retention and results
- Help clients improve their health, fitness, confidence, and quality of life
- Maintain professional communication and exceptional customer service
- Participate in referral and business development opportunities
- Consistently represent the Omni-Active® brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or related field preferred
- OR nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
- Minimum 1-2 years of personal training experience
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout the Katy area
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
