Pilates/Fitness Instructor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates/Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Pilates, some strength training and possess the ability to design effective programs that cater to clients' needs. If you are knowledgeable in anatomy, experienced in yoga, strength, or other fitness disciplines, and enjoy educating others on body mechanics, we want to hear from you. Being proficient in reformer and mat training preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Being Entreprenurial in nature. Willing to help a startup business grow
- Conduct Pilates, Fitness and Mobility classes for individuals or groups
- Design personalized Pilates programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Instruct clients on proper techniques and form during exercises
- Motivate and support clients to help them achieve their fitness objectives
- Provide modifications for different fitness levels
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

Qualifications:
- Certification in Pilates instruction
- Proficiency in program design tailored to individual needs
- Knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics

-Proficient with reformers, and mat based preferred
- Experience in related disciplines is a plus
- Strong communication skills to educate and guide clients effectively

We are looking to build classes that include traditional Pilates, Pilates Strength (mix of reformer and strength training) and Stretch/Mobility to better serve our clients needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
