This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kent, WA, for a Healthcare Assistant. The Healthcare Assistant will support clinical staff in providing high-quality care to patients by assisting with examinations, recording vital signs, preparing medical equipment, and updating patient records. Additional duties include helping ensure a clean and safe healthcare environment and assisting patients with personal care and mobility needs while maintaining confidentiality and dignity.
- Experience in providing personal care and assisting patients with daily living activities.
- Knowledge of basic medical tasks such as recording vital signs and preparing medical equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach toward patient care.
- Understanding of infection control, hygiene practices, and maintaining a safe healthcare environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Capacity to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and adapt to dynamic healthcare settings.
