Overview:We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Relations Specialist to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will ensure customers achieve maximum value from our products/services, drive engagement and retention, and serve as the primary point of contact for client support, success, and growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.Onboard new customers, guiding them through setup, training, and adoption.Understand customer needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.Monitor customer satisfaction, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.Track customer usage and engagement metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.Advocate for customers by relaying feedback to product and leadership teams.Drive customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.Prepare reports on customer health, success metrics, and relationship status.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Team player with a proactive attitude.
Salary : $2,800 - $4,500
