Position
We are looking for Heat Treat Rackers to produce world class fasteners for OMG using safe machine operating techniques and effective lean manufacturing principles. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Racker must be a team player and committed to delivering only the best quality to our customers!
Responsibilities
Weekend Day Shift - 11:00am - 11:00pm; Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities
- Place/drop screws into racks in preparation for heat treating process.
- Unload screws from rack after heat treating process.
- Stack and organize screws into tubs.
- Observes all safety rules.
- Assists other rackers and machine operators to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.
- Maintains a neat and well-organized work area.
- Other duties as directed by Shift Supervisor.
