We are looking for a team member who will support our collaborative marketing team with managing accounts, placing and facilitating digital and print media, and coordinating creative with internal and external design teams, while providing ongoing analysis and recommendations to help improve the campaign performance.
We maximize our clients’ marketing budgets, helping them drive qualified leads and stay visible online throughout the research process of finding a home to either rent or buy. As a candidate for this position, you should be hard-working, have an intuitive understanding of client services, enjoy being creative and collaborative, and be familiar with best practices and trends in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Place Media - Digital & Traditional
- Coordinate placements with our in-house social, SEM, creative, interactive, and email marketing teams with keen attention to detail and understanding of overall campaign goals.
- Proactively audit, recommend and implement changes to clients’ marketing presence, both online and offline.
- Listen to and engage in productive team discussion regarding our clients’ needs, market trends, and marketing best practices.
- Provide insightful, relevant reporting on campaign performance via tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Reporting is particularly important to what we do at OMG and having a love for data is beneficial. We do ongoing analyses of data and see what works and doesn’t, and running reports is a big part of that process.
- Collaborate with clients on key performance indicators, brand voice, and ad content.
- Research and recommend cutting-edge marketing strategies to reach our target audience at multiple touch points.
- Provide insight on strategy and initial planning of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and Maintain a detailed project status list for each account making sure every task is accomplished timely and followed up on if needed.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of Account Management or Marketing campaign management experience
- Strong familiarity with reporting Google Analytics & third-party data aggregators.
- BA/BS degree
- In-depth awareness of various paid digital and traditional marketing channels and technologies, including targeting options and retargeting (Social, Search, Email, Mobile, etc)
- Excellent communication and brainstorming skills, with an ability to use both data, context, and intuition to inform media recommendations.
- Experience in handling marketing budgets, forecasting, and campaign reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Mac, and Google workplace products.
- Bonus skills include working knowledge of Adobe Suite, MailChimp or similar, brand management, creative writing & residential real estate experience.

Pay: $55,416.00 - $70,726.00 per year
