OMG National, a 36-year-old marketing firm and five-year Inc. 5000 recipient, is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist with a focus on Facebook and Instagram to join our team. This role involves crafting engaging campaigns and designing visually appealing content using Canva to boost client engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both graphic and video content creation, have a strong understanding of social media trends, and be able to adapt strategies to meet client needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop monthly social media campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, focusing on compelling calls to action.
- Design engaging graphics using Canva and create short videos to accompany each campaign.
- Perform periodic Facebook optimizations to ensure quality and relevance.
- Adapt content to align with each client’s brand vision and target market.
- Handle multiple projects efficiently, utilizing CRM tools and collaborating within a small team.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new strategies for improving client engagement.

Qualifications

- Minimum of Associate’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong command of spelling, grammar, and versatile writing style.
- Proficient in Canva; experience with social media content creation and SEO best practices.
- Technologically savvy, able to work independently, and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts and creating effective content strategies.
