Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including sales and cash handling duties.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling services to customers.
- Maintain an orderly reception area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary materials.
- Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions efficiently.
- Provide support for administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to effectively sell products and services while upselling when appropriate.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
- Social Media skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other office equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Work with POS system "Gloss Genius" before is a plus.
