Spa Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including sales and cash handling duties.
• Assist with retail sales by upselling services to customers.
• Maintain an orderly reception area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary materials.
• Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions efficiently.
• Provide support for administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to effectively sell products and services while upselling when appropriate.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
• Social Media skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in using POS systems and other office equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Work with POS system "Gloss Genius" before is a plus.
