About Us
OMEX is a professional cleaning company serving medical offices, commercial facilities, and private residences across Long Island. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner for a recurring residential assignment.
Schedule
- Every Friday, 6 hours per shift (start time to be confirmed)
- Ongoing, long-term weekly assignment
Pay: $ 20/hour, paid [weekly/biweekly]
Responsibilities
- Dust and wipe all surfaces, furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, and window sills
- Vacuum and mop all floors; vacuum rugs and upholstery as needed
- Clean and sanitize kitchens: countertops, sinks, stovetop, appliance exteriors, microwave interior
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Make beds and change linens when requested
- Empty trash and recycling throughout the home
- Tidy and organize common living areas
- Perform rotating deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., inside refrigerator/oven, cabinet fronts, interior windows) as assigned
- Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or low supplies to the supervisor
- Respect the homeowner's privacy and handle personal belongings with care

Requirements
- At least 1 year of residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to every Friday
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the Jericho area
- Must pass a background check and provide references
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
