Position Summary
Omeo Mental Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to support individuals, families and/or couples in our outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians who value collaboration, creativity, and authenticity in their work—and who want to grow alongside a team that’s changing how therapy is done in our community.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient therapy using creative, evidence-based approaches
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes per clinical standards
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers as necessary
- Attend team meetings, clinical supervision and/or case consults
- Support a warm, team-driven culture—and contribute in ways we didn’t even think to write down yet ;)
What You'll Bring
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Active licensure in CA (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, etc)
- Experience working your preferred population
- Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and professional boundaries
- Cultural responsiveness and comfort working with diverse populations
- Tech-savvy (EHR & Office 365; Valant experience is a plus)
- Credentialed with insurance panels or willing to become credentialed
