We’re looking for a Creative Production Coordinator to support our team and help keep creative projects running smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll assist with coordinating shoots, including hands-on production experience, and collaborate across teams to ensure our campaign work stays organized, on track, and executed to standards. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career candidates looking to pursue creative production or project management in an agency setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain production files, folders, and client-facing deliverables
- Support post-production workflows, including basic QA and asset management
- Assist with internal documentation such as agendas, deck outlines, forms, and project setup
- Help track casting, locations, client packages, and production inventory
- Coordinate product, prop, shipping, and purchasing needs for shoots
- Provide on-set production support, including errands, food orders, and general assistance
- Participate in location scouts and other pre-production activities as needed
- Collaborate with the team on quick-turn internal content and social media support
- Other administrative and production tasks as needed
Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

- Solid time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn and support all aspects of creative production
- Familiarity with CapCut or other quick-turn social media editing tools
- Ability to WFH productively, when applicable
- Basic understanding and interest in full-funnel marketing and creative strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or other related field
- 0-4 years of experience in marketing, production, project management, or other related field
- Valid driver’s license and consistent access to a vehicle
- Ability to fulfill the work schedule outlined below
Work Details
Part-time, hourly, in-person role with occasional WFH:
- Reporting to North Park office Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Must have flexibility to attend all shoot dates, which may fall on weekdays outside of this schedule
- Potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate
Compensation
$24-$26 hourly, DOE
