Role Description The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, supporting daily housekeeping operations across assigned facilities. This role assists in planning and coordinating cleaning schedules, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness and safety requirements. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager helps lead housekeeping staff, provides training on procedures and use of equipment, and supports performance feedback. Responsibilities include overseeing laundry services, maintaining inventory of supplies, handling service requests, and addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role also supports hiring activities for housekeeping staff and collaborates with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience with Hiring housekeeping or cleaning staff.
