Functional Lead Consultant SCM & Ops with Infor CSI (SyteLine)
Position Title: Functional Lead Consultant (Infor CSI SyteLine)
Responsibilities:- Analyze current and future state business processes and perform gap and fitment analysis.- Complete Business Requirements Document.- Construct business process models/Blueprint.- Perform stakeholder interviews/workshops to understand current processes and gather requirements.- Map requirements with existing functionality and identify gaps that require additional configuration or customization.- Apply requirements elicitation techniques such as scenarios/use cases, prototyping, and workshops as required.- Application setup and configuration.- Prepare high-level design/specifications for customization (Process, Reports, Workflow, and Integrations).- Create test plans for performing functional and system integration testing.- Prepare CRP scripts and lead Conference Room Piloting.- Conduct data lab for data extraction, standardization, conversion, and data loading.- Conduct end-user training and prepare training material.- Conduct Business Process/Scenario Training.
Required Skills:- 5 years of experience in a Functional Consultant role.- Experience implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine).- Knowledge of modules: Estimation, Order Management, RFQ, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Planning (APS Finite/Infinite, MRP), Operations, Pick, Pack, Ship, Invoicing, RMA.- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills from both functional and technical perspectives.- Experience with ERP implementation/conversion/rollout lifecycle.- Experience in manufacturing industries.
