Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-Site)

About the Role
Our client is a growing wealth management firm built on strong relationships, proactive service, and a high standard of client care.
We’re looking for a Client Experience Associate to serve as the face and voice of their Silverdale office—creating a welcoming experience for every client interaction.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized and reliable and also warm, engaging, and clear in their communication. You will often be the first impression of the firm—both in person and over the phone—so professionalism and follow-through are essential.
We’re looking for someone who consistently delivers a great client experience—not just someone who completes tasks.
What This Role Is (and Is Not)
This is a front-facing, client-first position with consistent daily responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Scheduling meetings
- Supporting the flow of the office
Because this is a highly client-facing role, you should enjoy frequent interaction and feel comfortable being visible at the front desk throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk (Primary Focus)
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients—both in person and by phone
- Greet clients with a high level of warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness
- Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and clarity
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Scheduling & Client Coordination
- Schedule and confirm client meetings
- Communicate with clients ahead of meetings to ensure they are prepared
- Keep advisor calendars organized and up to date
- Help reduce scheduling friction and back-and-forth
Administrative & Operational Support
- Process check deposits and handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Scan, file, and maintain client documents with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor shared inboxes and assist with client follow-up
- Support general day-to-day office operations
Meeting & Team Support
- Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
- Communicate with advisors on open client items and next steps
- Provide support across the Silverdale & Bothell team, assist with coverage or projects related to the firm
Event Support
- Assist with coordination and execution of client events
- Support logistics, preparation, and day-of execution (occasional schedule flexibility may be needed)

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Financial services experience is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or hospitality
- Experience with a CRM or client database (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion and care
