Job Title: Contract Manager
Location: Fairfax County
The Contract Manager oversees contract execution for the FFPS MDR, SIEM, and SOAR program, ensuring compliance with FCPS requirements, service levels, reporting obligations, and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contractual interface with FCPS Procurement and IT leadership.
- Manage contract compliance, deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements.
- Track SLAs, KPIs, and service credits; coordinate corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance, if applicable.
- Support invoicing, contract modifications, renewals, and audits.
Qualifications
- 8 years managing IT security or managed services contracts.
- Experience supporting public sector or K-12 environments.
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, governance models, and vendor oversight.
PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification preferred.
