Billing Specialist
Position: Billing Specialist
Reports To: Billing Manager

Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll help manage billing operations, customer agreements, and service tickets while ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a seamless billing process using ConnectWise and other financial systems.
Essential Responsibilities
- Complete monthly billing tasks for recurring Service Agreements
- Process Project Service and Time and Material Service billing as needed
- Create and maintain all customer contracts and agreements
- Enter all new tracking agreements into ConnectWise
- Create projects and service tickets for all agreements and addendum opportunities
- Assist in managing and resolving customer billing-related tickets
- Perform other related duties and special assignments as required
Work Environment
- Operates in a professional office environment
- Regularly uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and related tools
Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel required
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in billing or accounting preferred
- Managed Services Provider experience a plus
- ConnectWise experience is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with billing software and systems a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
