Required Skills & Abilities :
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically Person Model, Person of Interest (POI), Hire/Rehire processes and Fluid UI.
PeopleTools expertise: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll processes.
Experience reviewing, modifying, and maintaining COBOL programs used in PeopleSoft HCM batch processes (payroll, benefits, HR data updates).
Ability to evaluate existing COBOL jobs for Person Model compatibility
Strong understanding of HR data structures and effective dating logic.
Experience integrating Person Model with external systems (identity management, payroll, benefits, onboarding tools).
Ability to assess our current configuration and recommend an implementation approach.
Experience writing technical design documentation.
Capability to train technical teams in using and maintaining Person Model.
Self-motivated, persistent, accommodating, responsive, proactive, and reliable team player
Eager to learn and excel in the network role
Salary : $60 - $70
