Omega Protective Services is seeking friendly, reliable, and responsible individuals to join our growing team as full-time security officer supervisors. The position will be provided with a marked company vehicle and may include foot patrols.
Applicants must be at least 21 years-old, have a driver's license, reliable transportation, a clean criminal background, and at least one year of supervisory and/or leadership experience. Applicants may be required to stand/walk/sit for long periods of time and may be indoors and/or outdoors. Applicants should have good communication and people skills, be calm under pressure, and stay alert during shifts.
This role is responsible for leading a team at 2 separate customer sites:
* One location works shifts from 7pm to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
* The other client needs coverage for the following shifts:
- 11am to 7pm on Sundays through Thursdays
- 7pm to 11pm on Sundays through Thursdays
- 11am to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays
