Responsibilities
- Efficiently locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order sheets or electronic instructions
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Use handheld scanners or other technology to track and confirm picked items within the inventory management system
- Pack & Stage orders, labeling and organizing products for shipment, often using shrink-wrap
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, order picker machines) safely
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and restocking shelves as needed
- Requirements
- Epicor with 1 yr. experience a plus.
- MRP experience helpful.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move heavy objects repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanners or willingness to learn new technology tools
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or order picking is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and maintain a safe workspace
