What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Technician position at Omega National Products BY Rev-A-Shelf?
Position will be working hands on doing incoming inspection, daily quality assurance duties, as well as general plant quality initiatives. Experience within a manufacturing organization (3 yrs. minimum).
Responsible for: Sort material to determine good vs. bad material. Review and evaluate customer complaints. Initiate corrective action processes as required. Knowledge of wood and woodworking is a plus. General knowledge of mfg. processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings as well as prepare and interpret reports. Basic computer skills. Involved in disposition of material.
