Full Time- Facility Services - Maintenance Technician - Corporate

Come join the Omega Management Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician with our Facility team. The Maintenance Technician performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems with-in. They are responsible for maintaining the cleaned and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site. It should be noted that some duties might not be specifically addressed.

• The employee shall perform his/her duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero-defect manner
• He/she must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service
• The employee must have the ability to work independently, be able to direct others, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills and be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs.

Experience Training and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have the EPA Universal Certification
• A total of at least 2 years of experience by Vocational HVAC Schooling (please provide transcript or certificate of completion) AND/OR Verifiable apprenticeship training
• Tools to perform the duties under this job description. 

Salary : $25 - $28
