How You’ll Make an Impact
As Director of Facility Services, you will:
- Lead and oversee the Facility Services Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality building operations
- Support and serve our commercial, retail, and office tenants and associates with professionalism and care
- Direct, coach, and develop facility services staff through clear expectations, accountability, and encouragement
- Ensure reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life‑safety systems
- Make prudent, value‑based decisions that support financial health and long‑term asset performance
- Collaborate across teams to solve problems, anticipate needs, and improve service delivery
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and our culture of “doing it right the first time”
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Master license in electrical, plumbing, or other building trades preferred
- Universal EPA refrigerant handling certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in facility services or a related industry
- Proven supervisory and scheduling experience
- Facility management certification preferred
