Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and promoting Omega’s product line within an assigned territory. This role requires initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new leads and prospective customers
- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and field visits
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions tailored to customer needs
- Perform site surveys, inspections, and evaluations to recommend appropriate products
- Plan and target key accounts and markets within assigned territory
- Schedule meetings, follow up on opportunities, and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed established territory and sales goals
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain confidentiality of company information
Qualifications
- 1 year of outside or cold-calling sales experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to customer service
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory

Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
- First-year target earnings of $60,000–$100,000, based on experience and performance

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
