Position: Med Passer - PRN Day/Evening/Nights Shift
Hours: Days 6:30AM - 2:45PM, Evenings 2:30PM - 10:45 PM, Nights 10:30PM-6:45AM some weekends and holidays.

Position Summary:
The PRN day/evening/night shift aide provides direct care, medication passing and support to residents. This role ensures resident safety, comfort, and well-being, while assisting with daily needs and monitoring throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and attentive to the unique needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents during the day/evening shift, including personal hygiene, toileting, and mobility support.
- Monitor resident safety and well-being, responding promptly to calls, needs, or emergencies.
- Document care and activities accurately according to Omega House policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- RN's, LPN's and CNA's licensure or certification required.
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Compassion, patience, and respect for residents’ dignity and privacy.
