Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
- Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain clear diagnostic images
- Review images for quality and completeness
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
- Certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists preferred
- Clinical experience in ultrasound imaging
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
