Pay: $19-$22 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do
As a DSP, your day will be meaningful and varied. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living and self-care skills
- Assisting with household tasks such as light cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Helping individuals follow personalized behavior and support plans
- Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth
- Providing companionship, safety, and emotional support
(Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the individuals we serve.)

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean background check
- Reliable vehicle with valid car insurance and valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- CMT Certification
- CNA Certification
