Experience & Requirements
We value diverse backgrounds and offer multiple pathways to qualify:
- Education: * Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood Ed, General Ed, or History & Arts); OR
- Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience; OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 3 years of General Education or Tutoring experience.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Asana.
- Compliance: Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation with insurance, and ability to pass Federal/State/County background checks and drug screening.
- Certifications: First Aid/CPR (required upon employment) and completion of On-Site Relias/Virtual Training.
