Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must meet one of the following educational/experience tracks and possess the required technical skills as outlined in our standards:
Education & Experience (Choose one):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts;
- Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience;
- High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
Additional Mandatory Requirements:
- General Education/Tutoring Experience: Minimum of 3 years required.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency working with Workplace by Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Asana.
- Mobility: Valid Driver's License and Transportation w/proper insurance coverage.
- Compliance: Successful Drug Screen and Background Check (Federal, State, County).
- Certifications: First Aid/CPR (Upon Employment) and completion of Relias Training/Online Virtual Training (completed On-Site).
- Core Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
