Your Impact

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Vocational Counselor to join our team in Remington, VA! In this role, you aren’t just filling jobs—you are transforming lives. Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must meet one of the following educational/experience tracks and possess the required technical skills as outlined in our standards:

Education & Experience (Choose one):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts;
• Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience;
• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Mandatory Requirements:

• General Education/Tutoring Experience: Minimum of 3 years required.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency working with Workplace by Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Asana.
• Mobility: Valid Driver's License and Transportation w/proper insurance coverage.
• Compliance: Successful Drug Screen and Background Check (Federal, State, County).
• Certifications: First Aid/CPR (Upon Employment) and completion of Relias Training/Online Virtual Training (completed On-Site).
• Core Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
