Your Impact: What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you aren't a bystander—you are a mentor and an advocate. On a daily basis, you will:

- Guide the Journey: Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and lead participation in high-energy, engaging recreational activities.

- Forge Connections: Collaborate closely with supportive families, caregivers, and local partners to build an unbreakable network for our clients.
- Document Success: Accurately track services, goals, and consumer files digitally using company-provided tablets and software.
The Essentials (Requirements & Qualifications)
We look for individuals who pair a "big heart" with operational excellence. To join our team, you must meet one of our educational/experience pathways alongside our core technical criteria:
Educational Track (Must meet one):
- Track A: Bachelor’s Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts) OR
- Track B: Associate’s Degree 1 year of relevant work experience OR
- Track C: High School Diploma / GED 2 years of relevant life or work experience.
- Plus Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in General Education or Tutoring is required.
Technical Skills & Compliance:
- Tech Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
- Communication: Strong public speaking, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
- Clearances: Ability to successfully pass comprehensive Federal, State, and County background checks and a drug screen.
- Mobility: A valid Driver’s License, reliable personal transportation, and proper auto insurance coverage.
