Omega Hardwoods is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing operation. We offer a consistent four-day schedule, competitive starting pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Whether your experience comes from manufacturing, construction, farming, warehousing, landscaping, automotive, or other hands-on work, we are willing to train reliable individuals who are ready to learn.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Most Fridays Off
- Occasional Friday overtime available
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Assemble and build wood products
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Move materials throughout the production process
- Maintain production flow and efficiency
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Construction, warehouse, farming, or industrial experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
