This individual will work with various teams and divisions across the US & Canada to support aggressive growth targets. This role will report to the Product Engineering Manager.

This individual will work with various teams and divisions across the US & Canada to support aggressive growth targets. This role will report to the Product Engineering Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Work with a variety of measurement tools and testing machinery to complete disassembly of automotive products to ensure dimensional and material matches to internal requirements
- Maintain full documentation on the required specifications of the products and be able to communicate those details upon request to internal employees and external customers
- Full analysis of warranty returns to provide a clear understanding of the potential cause of failure on automotive products
- 2-5 years of work experience with automotive parts or similar parts
- Ability to use and understand calibrated measurement tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to repeat activities in accordance with internal procedures
- The ability to present and communicate results effectively to customers, sales teams, and management
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal expression
- Experience with automotive parts a plus, but not required
