Position Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation (this is a MUST)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR or BLS certification (we can assist if not current)
- APD training (we provide training)
- Must pass both local and Level 2 background checks
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care in community settings
- Provide Companion service in community
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor client health and report changes
- Administer basic medications and support care needs (If applicable)
- Teach and support family members with patience and goal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home health or direct care
- Positive, compassionate demeanor
- Physical ability to assist clients
- Excellent communication skills
