Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). Compensation Range
$45,000—$45,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in advertising, marketing, and media principles
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and basic mathematical concepts
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in digital media, advertising, or a related field
- Collaborate with team members to support the full lifecycle of client campaigns, including planning, setup, execution, optimization, and monthly performance reporting
- Assist in managing billing processes related to media campaigns
- Learn and utilize media tools and platforms required to activate and manage digital advertising campaigns
- Participate in client and publisher meetings, with opportunities to build presentation and communication skills
- Compile and analyze data to support media recommendations, including leveraging syndicated research and audience insights
- Develop a strong understanding of media products, terminology, and industry nuances to effectively align recommendations with client business goals
- Attend training and development sessions covering digital and traditional media concepts, data visualization, presentation skills, and platform/tool usage
