ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Okland Construction is seeking a Senior Project Financial Analyst to serve as the primary financial business partner to a portfolio of Project Directors and major construction projects. In this high‑impact role, you will deliver proactive financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights that strengthen project profitability and help leaders make informed decisions.

Acting as an extension of the project leadership team, you will analyze financial performance, identify risks early, uncover cost‑saving opportunities, and support strategic planning throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise ensures Project Directors have complete visibility into the financial health of their projects, allowing them to focus on client relationships, project execution, and team leadership.

This role is ideal for a detail‑driven, analytical professional who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment and enjoys partnering closely with operations and finance teams.

If you're known for driving outcomes and alignment, coaching and elevating others, and creating a remarkable experience for candidates and hiring managers, we want to talk to you. In this role, you'll drive strategy not through authority, but through trust and partnership.
