Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, detailed health histories, and functional physical examinations.
- Order, evaluate, and interpret specialized laboratory panels (hormone profiling, metabolic markers, and general wellness labs).
- Design and manage individualized treatment plans for Men’s Health, TRT/BHRT, medical weight loss, and outpatient primary care.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
- Educate, counsel, and partner with patients to help them achieve long-term vitality, preventive health, and wellness goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) program.
- Active, unencumbered Oregon Medical or Nursing License (or license-eligible).
- Active DEA registration (or in progress) and National Board Certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA).
- Passion for preventive wellness, hormone health, and delivering a superior patient experience.
- Prior experience in hormone replacement therapy, urology, or primary care is a plus, but comprehensive onboarding and clinical training are fully provided for new graduates and transitioning providers.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
