Position Summary
The Client Services - ECM Manager leads Omatochi’s Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services. This role ensures ECM members receive compliant, timely, and coordinated care in alignment with payer and regulatory requirements.
The ECM Manager is accountable for team performance, documentation quality, and audit readiness across the ECM program.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
ECM Program Leadership
Lead ECM service delivery and oversee daily team operations.
Ensure ECM services meet payer, county, and regulatory standards.
Maintain consistent performance across all ECM caseloads.
Team Supervision & Coaching
Supervise Senior Care Managers and Care Managers.
Provide coaching, guidance, and workload management.
Address performance gaps and escalate concerns as needed.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure timely completion of care plans, assessments, and required ECM documentation.
Partner with QA & Compliance leadership to resolve findings.
Maintain audit-ready ECM records.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Intake, Scheduling, and Operations to support ECM enrollment and continuity.
Coordinate with Revenue Operations to support accurate downstream billing.
Escalate systemic risks impacting ECM performance.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in care management or healthcare services
Prior experience leading ECM, care coordination, or similar programs
Strong knowledge of regulatory and payer requirements
Proven people leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with California ECM programs
Familiarity with EHR and care management platforms
Experience in audit or compliance-sensitive environments
