Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Snow Equipment Operator to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating snow removal equipment to ensure safe and accessible pathways, parking lots, and outdoor spaces during winter months. Your expertise in groundskeeping, landscaping, and equipment operation will help maintain the safety and appearance of our outdoor environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in dynamic weather conditions while contributing to the safety and functionality of our property.
Duties
- Operate snow removal machinery efficiently across designated areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating equipment ranging from skidsteers to 30,000LB wheel loaders with buckets, forks, pushers and 2-1 and or winged plows
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to outdoor equipment maintenance and repair a plus
- Must have a valid drivers license and hoisting license minimum 2a-1c
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for extended periods of outdoor activity
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to equipment operation and outdoor work environments
- Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
