Role Description
The Salesperson role at Omari Construction is a full-time, on-site position based in McLean, VA. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding project requirements, and presenting tailored construction and design solutions. The Salesperson will also collaborate with internal teams to prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the process.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and relationship-building
