What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project momentum.
• Review drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage project documentation and reporting using Procore or similar tools.
• Participate in site visits, safety inspections, and team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project success.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1 -3 years of experience in construction or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning.
