Job Responsibilities and Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman is in search to employ an Administrative Assistant with the following responsibilities and qualifications.
1. Essential responsibilities
- Reading, monitoring and responding to the Ambassador’s emails,
- Answering Phone calls,
- Scheduling management,
- Planning and organizing meeting,
- Planning and organizing events,
- Conducting Research as required.
- Typing and sending letters and correspondence,
- Preparing papers for meeting,
- Miscellaneous duties assigned by supervisor,
- Covering other position when is needed,

3. Skills
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, surfing the web and searching,

- BA or higher in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related fields.
- A minimum of three-year experience or an Office Assistance on a similar role.
Salary to be commensurate with skills, qualifications and experiences.
Contract length: 1-96 months
Expected start date: 02/10/2022
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
