Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cashier / Receptionist to join our team. This position plays an important role in providing excellent customer service by handling payment transactions, answering phone calls, and assisting with general office and customer area duties.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately process customer payments for service, parts, and vehicle purchases
Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate payment records
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
Keep the customer waiting area clean, organized, and fully stocked
Stock and maintain the customer snack and beverage counter
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashiering or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and dealership software experience a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
