Job Summary The Third Floor is seeking a passionate cook who is experienced in global cuisines to manage daily meal preparation for hotel colleagues. The ideal candidate is reliable, creative, and takes pride in making tasty food from scratch.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Executive Chef to create delicious menus to be served in the Colleague lounge.

· Prepare fresh meals for 100 colleagues daily.

· Ensure hotel colleagues are fed well and happy

Minimum Requirements:

· 2 years as a Line Cook or Cafeteria Cook in a restaurant or hotel setting.

· Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food preparation.

· Positive attitude

· Team player

· Enjoys cooking comforting meals

· Innovative

· Knowledge of current and future food trends

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to meet deadlines

Prerequisite for employment:

· ServSafe Food Handler Card

Physical Requirements:

· Be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time throughout the day

· Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
