Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Papillion, NE. The Field Operations Intern will assist with daily field management tasks, game day operations, and maintenance to ensure a quality baseball experience for players, staff, and fans. Responsibilities may include field preparation, upkeep of equipment, assisting with troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting the operations team in ensuring the facility’s readiness for events.

- Knowledge of Field Operations and basic understanding of Field Operations practices
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges effectively
- Clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with team members and staff
- Ability to identify and resolve issues through Troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving
- Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks as needed
- Adaptability and a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Sports Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not required)
