Overview: As a bagger/stocker, your primary duty would be picking and bagging Buy Online Ship from Store (BOSS) orders. You would also be responsible for stocking the shelves from the freezer. You would assist in receiving deliveries and placing them into our walk-in freezer. From time to time, you may also assist in bagging the products for our in-store customers and helping them to their cars.

Essential Job Duties:

• Fulfill Buy Online, Ship from Store (BOSS) orders by accurately selecting items and preparing them for shipment.
• Identify and restock front-end products as needed; stock freezers according to operational procedures and guidance from the Store Manager.
• Update inventory in the POS system daily to ensure accurate stock levels for BOSS order fulfillment.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including securing the store.
• Assists during check out process by bagging items as guests check out, ensuring reasonable weight/distribution among bags. Carry and load bagged merchandise into guests'' vehicles.
• Assists with line control during busy times. Controls flow of guests coming into store, picks and pulls orders for curbside guests.
• Answers phone, answer guest questions, assists with picking and packing and finalizing of BOPIS orders. *Will not be responsible for ringing orders into POS or RMO.
• Assists in maintaining the overall appearance of the store as well as sanitizing surfaces throughout the day. Keeps store clean, including vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, etc.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• May operate a two-wheel cart.
• Able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Ensures correct item selection for orders, proper bagging during checkout, and accurate updates to inventory records.
• Understanding of retail operations, including the Buy Online, Ship from Store (BOSS) and Buy Online, Pick Up in Store (BOPIS) processes. Familiar with product locations, basic stocking procedures, and health and safety standards
• High attention to detail to ensure correct order fulfillment
• Able to accurately adjust and maintain inventory levels in the POS system to ensure real-time accuracy for daily order fulfillment and restocking.
